When can I expect my order?
We try to deliver as soon as possible. If you order before 3:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. If you order after 3:00 PM, we will send your package the next working day. Deliveries depend on the country of destination.
Do you also ship to other countries?
We ship within Europe to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Will sold out items be back in stock?
Most items are back in stock, exceptions are possible when items are removed from the collection. Everything that is in stock is directly on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work with a fully automated process and we ship the same day. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel your order. You can return your order.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order, at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 30 days if it meets our return conditions.
If we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it back:
- For hygiene reasons, our products may not be returned after breaking the hygiene seal or plastic film;
- Orders that fall outside the return period of 30 days will not be returned;
-The costs of the return shipment are for your own account;
- Add this return form including the products to the package.

What should I do if I receive an item that I did not order or that is defective?
Contact our customer service directly by sending an e-mail to email@example.com . Our
employees will assist you in the return process.
How do I return my order?
Download the return form here and fill it out completely. Send a copy (photo) of the return form by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to register your return. Add the form and send the package to Intimate Health. When we have received the return, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. When you send your return, always keep your Track&Trace proof until your return has been processed!
When will I get my money back?
If we have received your return in good order, we will refund the amount within 10 days to your account number with which you paid your order.
How can I exchange an item?
We cannot exchange items, if you wish to exchange an item you must place a new order on the website with the desired color, size or item. You can return the unwanted items.
How can I pay?
You can choose from the Mollie payment method. We process your payments in a secure environment. Payment option is via iDeal.
