Description

Designed to help relax the pelvic floor muscles and to support and maintain the width and depth of the vaginal canal. These dilators (also called pads) have a soft rounded tip for easy insertion, including soft ribbing that can be used as an indicator.

This set contains 3 silicone pads of different thicknesses, with a maximum insertable length of 18 cm.:

  • Light pink: 1.9 cm thick
  • Pink: 2.3 cm
  • Dark pink: 3.2 cm

What do you use vaginal dilators / pads for?

Pelottes can be an effective therapy for women who experience pain with intercourse or penetration. It is a tool used to reduce pain and possible anxiety around intercourse or penetration. This set is safe, easy to clean and can be used to treat a variety of conditions.

Step 1. Insert the dilator into the vagina, a little resistance is fine. You gently tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold the dilator in place.

Step 2. When you relax the pelvic floor muscles, push the dilator a little further into your vagina and repeat step 1.

If the dilator cannot be inserted any further when the dilator is released, then only repeat the on and off operation by gently sliding the dilator forwards and backwards.

Tip: Kegel training can help control the pelvic floor muscles.

Exercise B.
Step 1. Insert the dilator into the vagina and hold it for a minute. Make sure to keep the dilator in place and relax your muscles.

Step 2. Repeat step 1 and build up minute by minute until you can hold the dilator for 10 minutes.

Exercise C.
Step 1. Insert and hold the dilator in the vagina. Move the dilator back and forth with light pressure.

Step 2. Move the dilator up and down.

If you can complete Exercise C. without discomfort, start Exercise A. again with a size larger.

It is recommended to exercise 2 to 4 times a week, resting one day between each workout. Always use lubricant.
