Return conditions

  • Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Products that by their nature have been irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • The Buyer must bear the costs of and the risk for the return. If Purchaser has already made any payments at the time Purchaser has terminated the Agreement with Intimate Health pursuant to this section, Intimate Health shall refund such payments to Purchaser within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice of termination referred to in the previous paragraph. via the payment method used by the Buyer.
  • If Products are returned which, in Intimate Health's judgment, have suffered damage due to an act or omission of Buyer or otherwise at Buyer's risk, Intimate Health will notify Buyer in Writing. Intimate Health has the right to withhold the depreciation of the Products as a result of this damage from the amount to be refunded to the Buyer.

Steps to return the returnable products within 30 days of receipt:

You may return items purchased online (at your own expense and in the original packaging) within 30 days of receiving your order to the following address:

Send a copy (photo) of the return form by e-mail to service@intimatehealth.nl to register your return. You will then receive a confirmation by email. Put this form in the box. You can then send your return shipment to us. Don't forget to ask for your tracking number and keep it safe! Please use the same or a similar box as the box supplied for the return. As soon as we have received and processed the return, you will receive a refund from us within 10 working days in the same way as your payment. Make sure you have sufficient postage for your return package. Insufficiently stamped packages will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGE
We cannot exchange items, if you wish to exchange an item you must place a new order on the website. You can return the unwanted items.
