Description

These weight trainers are designed for Kegel exercises. This helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that support the uterus and bladder. The pelvic floor trainers make the vaginal wall stronger. The trainers are easy to use due to the soft round Kegel balls and the drawstring.

Why is training your pelvic floor important?
Your pelvic floor muscles play a big role in intimate health, pelvic stability, and bladder control. Many women experience pelvic floor problems, including incontinence. This is especially common in pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. Fortunately, it is possible to train these muscles.

exercise a.

Gently contract your pelvic floor muscles to lift and squeeze the trainer. Hold for 5 seconds and relax for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times and do 3 sets a day. Build up this movement to 10 seconds.

Exercise B.
Gently contract your pelvic floor muscles to lift and squeeze the trainer. Hold for 1 second and relax for 1 second. Repeat 5 times and rest for 10 seconds in between. In total 1 set contains 25 moves. Do 3 sets a day.

Exercise C.
Tense your pelvic floor muscles gently and feel that the trainer is properly in place. Start with normal movements like walking, bending etc. Do 2 sets a day of 15 minutes. Eventually, you can work towards it for walking or doing household chores while wearing the trainer.
