Why is training your pelvic floor important?
Your pelvic floor muscles play a big role in intimate health, pelvic stability, and bladder control. Many women experience pelvic floor problems, including incontinence. This is especially common in pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. Fortunately, it is possible to train these muscles.
Gently contract your pelvic floor muscles to lift and squeeze the trainer. Hold for 5 seconds and relax for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times and do 3 sets a day. Build up this movement to 10 seconds.
